Paul earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida and has a B.S. in Exercise Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Paul was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, IL and served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army Infantry for eight years. His passion for long distance and barefoot running motivated him to analyze ankle and foot injuries related to repeated, high impact stress. His treatment philosophy centralizes around patient-centered care, education and manual therapy. In his free time, Paul enjoys obstacle racing, kayaking, grilling and spending time with his wife and two children.
